Two Bedroom Family Apartment with Sea View Balcony in Historic Center of Hvar Town
Apartment description
This newly renovated apartment consists of a living room with dining room and kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, an additional toilet, and a long balcony with a view of the sea and the Pakleni Islands. The apartment has a lot of natural light, and each area is equipped with a separate LCD TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning (heating and cooling). The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room has a couch that can be converted into an extra bed if needed. One of the bedrooms contains a work corner with access to high-speed Internet and two separate beds that can be joined if needed. The second bedroom has a king size bed and a big closet where you can find an iron with ironing board. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sufficient towels, basic personal hygiene products, and a hair dryer. In the additional toilet there is a washing machine. Also, the entire apartment has electric underfloor heating for a more comfortable stay in winter.
Located right in the centre of Hvar
This apartment is in a quiet residential location in the pedestrian area of Hvar. Around two hundred meters from the historical center (St. Stephen's Square - Pjaca, Hvar's Theatre and Arsenal, Loggia), it is an 8-minute walk to Hvar's harbour, restaurants, coffee bars and the tourist boats that take you to the Pakleni Islands (Jerolim , Stipanska – Carpe Diem, Palmižana), and a 15 minute walk to the famous city beaches (Bonj, Hula-Hula). Paid parking is available 300 meters from the apartment.

The facility offers spacious accommodation for 4 people and is ideal for couples and families with children. The kitchen is fully equipped. For families with small children, there is also a folding cot, a feeding table, a potty, and a small children's chair (step) for the bathroom.
Heating and Cooling
Each area is equipped with a separateair conditioning (heating and cooling). Also, the entire apartment has electric underfloor heating for a more comfortable stay in winter.
Flat Screen TVs in each area
Living room has 52 inch flat screen TV with HDTV with standard cable television package. One bedroom contain 32 inch flat screen TV with HDTV and second bedrom contain 32 inch flat screen TV connected to the antenna.
Free WiFi and a separate space for work
Each area is equipped with a free Wi-Fi. One of the bedrooms contains a work corner with access to high-speed Internet.
